Screen clogging removal brush for test sieves in accordance with JIS Z 8815-1994 standard for sieving test methods.
Our brushes are designed for removing blockages from test sieves in accordance with the "JIS Z 8815-1994 Test Sieve Method General Rules." The standard states, "6.1.1 (or 6.2.1) Equipment and Instruments - (5) Blockage Removal Brush: Use a brush of appropriate hardness according to the mesh opening to avoid damaging the sieve mesh." Additionally, examples of brushes are explained on page 5 of the commentary (page 14 of the general rules). The usage instructions are as follows: "After the sieving test, use the brush to remove or recover the powder remaining on the sieve mesh of each stage of the test sieve. Be careful not to press down hard on the mesh surface, and always move the brush in the direction of the mesh arrangement."
